We had a room with a hot tub, the breakfast selection was amazing, and the staff was excellent throughout our stay, plus the location was convenient with free parking.

We will come back, a great hotel. The staff is helpful here, the services are efficient, and location is stunning close enough to the ocean, Mexico on the networks there, and almost all restaurants. Make sure you stay in the junior suite with the balcony and jungle view, for example. They have lots of meals to choose from, the food is good.

I had a fantastic stay at the Hideaway resort. The adults only section was perfect for a peaceful and relaxing vacation. The pool was gorgeous and conveniently located. I loved the jacuzzi on our rooftop and the spa tub in the room was a luxurious touch. The buffet breakfast had a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. The wrist bands for room access were convenient and ensured our safety. The variety of restaurants available and the fact that we had access to all the amenities of the larger Royalton resort were a huge plus. The staff at the Dorado restaurant, particularly Angel, Miguel, and Hector, made our breakfast experience extra special every day. The bartenders at the pool bars, especially Fermin and Henry, were amazing and always served great drinks.

The staff was amazing, from Ivan, Victor, and Willy who made our stay wonderful, to the helpful and polite staff. The resort had beautiful architecture and organized live band concerts. The rooms were great and the food from the buffet was delicious. The pool and beach were also nice.
